Responsibilities
- Triage and analyse alerts from SIEM, EDR and firewalls
- Run first-level investigations and escalate by procedure
- Write incident reports for customers
- Help improve use cases and playbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field
- Solid grasp of networking, Windows and Linux
- Able to work shifts
- Security+, CySA+ or BTL1 is a plus
