Questions about applying?
Can I apply without certifications?
Yes. We look mainly at skills and willingness to learn. Certifications help, and we fund exams once you join.
Can I apply for several roles?
Yes, but pick the two closest matches at most and mention them in your introduction.
Can I work remotely?
Non-shift roles are hybrid, up to 3 days a week from home. Shift-based SOC roles work from the SOC.
Is there a background check?
Yes. Because we access client systems, every successful candidate has a criminal-record and qualification check, with your consent first.
How long do you keep my data?
Up to 1 year, to consider you for suitable roles. Ask HR by email to delete it at any time.
